We are in routier facility of the patient transfer from Bell ZR. Patient's initials are (name withheld). Patient is being transferred due to hypoxia, fluorofusion, hyponudridemia. Patient currently is alert 9-4 GCS of 15. Bytiles at the beginning of transport pulse rate 86, appears just to be a sinus rhythm on the monitor. SPO2 was 91% on 4 liters nasal cannula, the respiratory rate of 18, blood pressure 122 over 93, temp of 96.8 in panic. Current vitals, pulse rate 74, so it appears to be the finest rhythm on the monitor. SCO2 at this time is at 92% did bump up to six liters, respiratory rate still 18, blood pressure 120, over 65.
