Elevator alarm at Passaic Street apartment building

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported elevator alarm at a four-story residential building near Passaic Street between State Street and Union Street in Hackensack. Command was established from Prospect Avenue while crews investigated the alarm and checked an apartment on the side of the building.
