Doesn’t surprise me. I see kids / people on scooters zipping down the streets and sidewalks with no lights, no helmets, black scooters, black clothing, and don’t bother to look before crossing intersections! Same goes for bicycles! No protection, dark clothes, no lights or reflectors… NOTHING!!! It’s amazing there isn’t more accidents with this carelessness!
