Disabled vehicle cleared from roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked on a disabled vehicle on 76th Street just south of a ramp and reported that it was moved out of traffic and handled by a tow truck. They also referenced a separate possible medical call connected to a location on Mansfield Drive.
