Man vomiting blood at harbor needs medical aid

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near the harbor for a reported medical emergency involving an adult man who was conscious, breathing, and vomiting blood. A boat was expected to arrive with medical equipment within about 10 minutes to meet paramedics.
