Officer out with black BMW at Kelly and Alsace

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a possible traffic stop on a black BMW near the intersection of Kelly Avenue and Alsace Lorraine Avenue. Radio traffic included a broadcast of a vehicle license plate and unit status updates.
