As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless driver in a blue Toyota Prius on Highway 1 near Kelly Avenue in Half Moon Bay. The vehicle reportedly cut off another car and then followed it for a short distance before the caller declined contact with officers.
