Tree limb on power lines blocks Armstrong Valley Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to Armstrong Valley Road near Tobias Road for a reported pole and wires blocking the roadway. Responders found a tree limb on the wires that apparently shorted a transformer, and the engine was cancelled.
