Resident reports unpaid upholstery repair work

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was sent to an apartment on Tom Brown Parkway to speak with a resident reporting a possible fraud after paying someone for upholstery repair and not hearing from the person for about five months. The resident was requesting advice from law enforcement.
