Elderly male fallen in apartment needs help in Hamilton

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to an apartment near North 10th Street in Hamilton for a 91-year-old man who had fallen and needed help getting up. The man was conscious and breathing normally and was not complaining of injuries. Access was provided via buzzer entry.
