Suspicious SUV parked near train tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious silver or light gray SUV that has been parked for about 30 minutes near the end of Birch Avenue by the train tracks. A unit was requested to respond and another unit may be backing them up. The situation may involve a possible suspicious vehicle investigation and is based only on radio communications.
