Man with atrial fibrillation falls near bathroom at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male patient seen at a local facility yesterday is now experiencing weakness and falls near his bathroom. He denies injuries and pain, is alert and oriented, shows atrial fibrillation on the monitor, and is refusing IV access. Estimated arrival time of EMS is about 10-12 minutes to Portage.
