Report of possible chemical leak near Hancock tanks

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to an area near Hancock after a caller reported a strong chemical odor close to large white storage tanks. The smell was described as possibly related to an antifreeze or anhydrous leak. Hancock Fire Department was notified and paged to investigate.
