Suspicious man in yard possibly under the influence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man in a front yard near (number withheld) 9 3/4 Avenue in Hanford. The man was reportedly shirtless, wearing gray or blue sweatpants, holding a bottle, and possibly under the influence while walking around and sitting near a tree.
