Woman urinating on front porch at Chestnut Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home near Chestnut Street in Hannibal for a report that a woman with blonde spiked hair had reportedly urinated on the front porch. The incident was reported to have happened about 10 minutes earlier and may have also occurred the previous day.
