Woman trying to break into Georgia Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible burglary near Georgia Street after a caller reported a woman attempting to enter a basement and then roaming behind a house while making incoherent sounds. The woman was reported to be outside the residence, and an additional unit was requested.
