Search for missing suicidal patient near railroad tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area of a depot near West Lake Street to look for a missing suicidal psychiatric patient who reportedly left a medical facility and may go to nearby railroad tracks. The search was later reported as already checked, and one unit was told to disregard.
