Multiple hypothermic patients found at Twin Spits location

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible hypothermia incident near Twin Spits and Point No Point Road in Hansville. Marine and fire units assisted multiple patients showing signs of hypothermia at the scene.
