Loud talking and music reported at residential area
Disorderly Conductto check the area of 27 Goddard, her reported noise disturbance. Anonymous caller from that address, her neighbor, she's unsure of the building number. She said it's to the left of 27 Goddard. There were people outside that were talking very loudly, and they had loud music. She doesn't hear it at this time, but said that they were being very loud a minute ago.
