Vehicle blocking Highway 169 near mile marker 70

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible traffic crash on southbound Highway 169 near mile marker 70, by 120th Avenue and 31st Street, where a vehicle was reportedly blocking the road and ended up in a ditch.
