Vehicle flees traffic stop near Water Street apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Water Street involving a black Chevrolet Malibu. The vehicle, registered with an Indiana plate, reportedly fled or was lost near a nearby apartment complex. The driver may have backed into a garage before leaving the area.
