As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a black Cadillac sedan with Texas registration driving recklessly northbound on US 62 near Harrisburg, allegedly swerving across lanes and nearly causing a crash by a gas station. Units were advised as the vehicle entered Franklin County.
