Hallway smoke alarm at Highway 7 residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a home on Highway 7 North for a reported residential fire alarm from a hallway smoke detector near a church. Multiple Vernon and Barton fire units responded and one unit arrived to check the scene. Responders reported no apparent fire or smoke and continued to investigate while waiting for a key holder to arrive.
