Suspicious men leave black vehicle at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a complaint from a resident on Blueberry Hill about two men reportedly linked to a utility company who arrived and left a black vehicle nearby. Dispatch planned a follow-up to see if the caller wanted contact with an officer.
