Person expressing suicidal thoughts reported near Igou Ferry Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suicidal person near Igou Ferry Rd, off Blue Springs and Birchwood Pike. The caller reported the person said he no longer wanted to live, has been drinking, and owns a firearm described as a .40 caliber Ruger; he was reportedly stepping onto the porch and leaving the gun on a desk inside. Caller described him as a white male in an orange shirt and red shorts with blood stains on his clothing; EMS was requested.
