84-year-old woman with weakness and speech difficulty at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible stroke involving an 84-year-old woman at a residence on Mannheim Court. She was conscious and breathing but reported weakness, pain with movement, and difficulty speaking and walking.
