Woman having seizure with agonal breathing in Harrisville

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a home near East Wallace Road in Harrisville for a 57-year-old woman who reportedly had seizure-like activity and possible agonal breathing. Callers on scene were attempting to roll her over and check for a pulse while responders were en route.
