Officers unable to locate dog in Keney Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers at Keney Park in Hartford responded to a report involving a dog. The dog could not be located, and the handler planned to keep searching and contact officers if it was found. Units were later cleared from the area, including nearby Barber Street.
