As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical panic alarm was reported at a highway address near Hartford. Responders from Allenton Rescue and St. Lawrence First Responders were dispatched. The alarm company called in the event concerning an elderly female patient unable to make voice contact. Patient information was noted on site.
