Car doing donuts in Harvey Cedars intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Harvey Cedars were dispatched to Burlington Avenue and the Boulevard for a report of a vehicle doing donuts in the street. Police located and stopped a silver BMW suspected of reckless driving at that intersection.
