Driver found unresponsive on I-495 exit ramp in Haverhill

As discussed during the dispatch call, a vehicle stopped in the middle of the I-495 northbound Exit 108 ramp in Haverhill with the driver unresponsive. The driver later regained consciousness and drove toward Research Road and April.
