Unconscious man found at Washington and Madison Streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible unconscious male was reported near Washington Street and Madison Street. A third-party caller saw a male laying in the grass, unknown if conscious. The patient appears to be a black male wearing a white tank top and black and white Adidas pants.
