Traffic crash at Oakwood Drive and FM 1626

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Oakwood Drive and FM 1626 in Hays, Texas. Battalion 31 was dispatched and Operations Two took command of the scene.
