Two-car crash blocking NE 78th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible two-car collision blocking part of NE 78th Street near Hazel Dell Avenue. All occupants were reported out of the vehicles, and fire personnel and county deputies were on scene investigating.
