Man causes disturbance at Heavener WIC office

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports that staff at the Heavener WIC office near West First Street requested that a man, described as a registered sex offender who repeatedly enters the office and makes unsettling comments while partially undressed, be trespassed from the building.
