Leaves burning outside house on Jefferson and Spruce

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and police were dispatched to an apparent small outdoor fire involving leaves near the corner of Jefferson Street and Spruce. After making contact with the homeowner, officers canceled the police response. A separate fire alarm was also reported at a facility on Hospital Road.
