Report of possible kidnapping attempt from parked SUV

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a white GMC Yukon parked with its hazard lights on near Broad Street. The caller reported a possible attempted kidnapping and provided a license plate number. The vehicle was later reported traveling north on Broad Street and seen near a Costco, where officers checked it.
