Truck driving without lights near Point Pleasant

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a man driving a white Dodge Ram truck on or near Chestnut Street in Henderson without headlights or taillights. The truck reportedly turned toward Point Pleasant about 15 minutes prior to dispatch.
