Disabled car blocking part of eastbound lanes

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a broken down gray Nissan partially blocking the eastbound lanes near West 47 Highway and North 110. Assistance was reportedly on the way from Galesburg with an estimated arrival in about forty minutes.
