Grass fire from fallen tree on power line

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and ambulance units were dispatched to the area of Northwest Water Street in Heppner for a reported house fire that was later identified as a grass fire behind nearby structures, apparently started when a fallen tree contacted a utility service line. Crews requested brush and structure trucks to protect buildings and worked to extinguish the fire and address the live utility line hazard.
