Vehicle hits car and leaves scene near McNutt

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a white Toyota Highlander that reportedly struck another vehicle near southbound I-55 and McNutt Street in Jefferson County and continued southbound with an apparent headlight out.
