Reckless white SUV reported on I-90 eastbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a white Dodge SUV reportedly driving in and out of lanes eastbound on the interstate near milepost 213. The report was relayed to units about 20 minutes after it was received.
