Search for missing elderly man in wheelchair at Walmart

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to a Walmart on North Caroline Street in Herkimer for a report of a missing 70-year-old man who uses a wheelchair. A woman at the front of the store reported she could not find him inside and said store staff were not helping.
