Burglar alarm at Applebee’s on West State Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported burglar alarm at a restaurant on West State Street, possibly triggered at a kitchen door. Two patrol units were dispatched, and one arrived while the other reported being out at the location.
