Man asking for money outside Dollar General

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a caller complaint about a male outside a discount store on North Main Street in Herkimer reportedly asking people for money after previously being trespassed from the property. The male was last reported wearing a blue shirt and brown pants.
