Man injured in assault near Center Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and EMS responded to a reported assault near Center Street in Herndon. A caller said a man was attacking him but then became uncooperative and disconnected. Responders later requested EMS for one adult male with a bleeding head wound who was conscious, alert, and breathing.
