Cars racing and passing unsafely on Highway 60

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports two small black passenger cars possibly racing and speeding eastbound on Highway 60 near Heron Lake around mile markers 26 to 27, passing other vehicles unsafely and crossing the center line.
