Disorderly person walking in street near Oregon and 11th

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated or disorderly person stumbling shirtless in the street near Oregon Street and North 11th Street in Hiawatha. One deputy detained the individual in a patrol vehicle while another unit arrived to assist.
