Driver reports being followed by truck on US 52

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a caller reported that a truck with a light bar was apparently following them or being followed by them near Columbia Street and US Route 52 in Higginsport. Units responded, including a trooper coming from Georgetown. The caller was advised to stop near a location on US Route 52 but later reportedly refused to stop as the situation moved toward or into Clermont County and a truck was contacted near a park in Higginsport.
