Dumpster fire at parking structure contained

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported dumpster fire near a parking structure at a commercial facility. The fire appeared to involve rubbish on the exterior of the structure and was reported under control on arrival, with most responding units subsequently canceled.
